Please keep in mind that the products on this website are made on demand, just for you at the time of ordering, this means that the fulfillment supplier doesn’t hold inventory. Therefore products have no store to be returned to.
Defective/ Damaged products
In the case of quality issues such as damage or defects, please contact artist@chocopuddingboutique.com with a detailed description and photos within 30 days of receipt and await a response.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
