How it works; FAQ
Hey,
I see you eyeing my stuff, you got good taste đ. But I need to be transparent: I donât keep any inventory, neither do the production partners. I design everything myself, each piece is a little slice of my brain, my vibe and probably an iced coffee induced mood swing.
Once you hit that âCheckoutâ button, it goes straight to my production partners (a print-on-demand dream team). They handle the printing, packing, and shipping, so your goodies get to you faster and fresher. I stay focused on the art, the aesthetics, and keeping things original.
Â
Itâs all made-to-order, less wasteâŚNo mass-produced landfill bait here đ. Just you, me and some sass.
F.A.Q
âWait, do you ship this stuff yourself?â
-No, I donât. They are fully fulfilledâŚ. printed and shipped but a third party partner (Gelato). I handle the artwork, they handle logistics.
âWhere are my goods shipping from?â
-The fulfillment partners have facilities all around the world, so theoretically your order will be fulfilled from the location closest to you whenever possible to keep delivery times low, as well as global impact.
âDo you accept returns or exchanges?â
- Because each product is literally created only when you checkout, returns or exchanges arenât possible unless of defective or damaged itemsâŚin which case, please take a gander at the return policies in the footer of the page. So please ensure the product is the correct one before hitting checkout.
âCan I cancel or change my order?â Â
-Orders are sent to production really quick so that means cancellations or changes arenât always possibleâŚmistakes happen, I get it. Please contact me ASAP and Iâll see what I can do. Unfortunately I canât guarantee it, but I will do my best to be forwarding the information to production.
âInternational Shipping fees?â
-Customs fees and import taxes will likely apply. Itâs entirely out of my control. All shipping fees or any of the fees are bigger than me, unfortunately đ
Â
âWhy do some of my products have different shipping costs even if theyâre the  same?â
-Even if youâre ordering seemingly identical products, they may be getting fulfilled from two different locationsâŚso multiple locations, separate shipping means different shipping feesâŚthis is out of my control, unfortunately and I know it sucks. Itâs a tradeoff when it comes to made-to-order goodies.
âWhy are the products so expensive?â
-Expensive is subjective, however the very short answer, you arenât buying mass produced.Â
What you find here are literal made-to-order pieces designed by a singular creatorâŚ.not churned out in a sweatshop from across the ocean đ¤đ˝.Â
Iâm no Gucci, Prada, Nike or any large million dollar brand companyâŚbut ask yourself why youâd be ready to drop top dollar to a million dollar company but question when an independent artist is setting their prices? And full transparency, the price you pay isnât fully going to me. Itâs going to be covering the cost of the base product, its print and then its delivery. The rest, Iâm using to cover the cost of running my website subscription and my domain, not a rich personâs third yacht đ
